Are you sick of having a beer gut or even just that little extra flab around your stomach? Do you want to get rid of the spare tire and have a new attractive six pack for the ladies? When you decide you are sick of saying, "I want six pack abs", and you want to achieve this goal, then you need to be ready to work. Here is what it will take.
First, in order to get a six pack you will have to eliminate a lot of the empty calories from your diet. This includes soda, beer, sweets, and anything else that is not good for you and is just extra calories. Those that have six pack abs do not drink much beer or soda and they don't eat many empty calories or much sugar either. At first you need to eliminate all of it for about 30 days, then you can have a beer or two here and there or a dessert every now and again.
Second, you are going to have to work your abs in a very hardcore way about 3 to 4 times a week. This does not mean you should just do 100 sit up, although it cannot hurt. You need a program that is designed to target your abs for a good 15 to 20 minutes with different moves that will get you past saying, "I want six pack abs", and to the point that you can say, "I have six pack abs". The program you choose should be specifically designed for your abs and nothing else.
Last, you are going to have to do some cardio work about 2 to 3 times a week as well. This is what is going to help you burn that extra layer of fat from in front of your abs. This is very necessary and it needs to be about an hour long session each time. You could swim, run, do aerobics, or any other from of good cardio exercise. You can split it into two 30 minute sessions if you have to or even four 15 minute sessions, but without your cardio work you will never get your six pack abs.
